Super big-time nerd Melissa, the Chief Coding Officer, was in tech for over 14 years, working with start-ups and large companies designing user experiences and interfaces. Now, Melissa lets her nerd flag fly giving typically analog products a digital flair. From our signature clasp-free binary code bracelets to t-shirts and home decor, our goal is to have a little something for everyone...nerd or nerd lover!
What is Binary Code?
It's a coding system using zeros and ones to represent a letter, digit, or other character in computers and electronic devices.
Every character, including spaces, consists of a series of eight zeros and ones. For example, the letter "a" is represented in binary code (ASCII) as "01100001." On our beaded pieces, the words or phrases on the packaging are translated into binary code and coded into each piece where one color represents "0" and another represents "1," noted on either the front or back of the product backer.
We are an Arizona-based business and active in our local community. You can find us every Sunday from October-May at the Farmer's Market at High Street across from Desert Ridge Marketplace in Phoenix, Arizona.
