What is binary code?

It's a coding system using zeros and ones to represent a letter, digit, or other character in computers and electronic devices.

Every character, including spaces, consists of a series of eight zeros and ones. For example, the letter "a" is represented in binary code (ASCII) as "01100001." On each beaded piece, one color represents "0" and another represents "1."
